Withdrawal Policy

When withdrawals become available, how requests are processed, and how any fee is disclosed.

Draft. Pending review by qualified legal counsel.. This document is a professional placeholder written for review. It must be checked and completed by qualified legal counsel before Qestivo launches publicly.

1. Eligibility

Withdrawal requests are accepted once you meet the requirements published in your wallet. These may include a minimum reward balance, a minimum level of verified activity, a minimum account age, required quest completions, a risk review and, where legally required, identity verification.

2. Fees are disclosed before you confirm

You never pay a fee simply to unlock rewards you have already earned.

If a payout method carries a processing, network or service fee, the requested amount, the fee and the net amount you will receive are shown before you submit the request.

3. Statuses

A request moves through Requested, Under Review, Approved, Processing and Completed. It can also be Rejected or Cancelled.

Your withdrawal record shows the ID, requested amount, fee, net amount, method, date and current status.

4. Processing times

Timing depends on the method and on review queues. The expected window is shown with your request and updated as the status changes.

5. Rejections

Rejected requests state a clear reason, for example unmet eligibility, an unsupported method in your region or an open risk review. The balance returns to your wallet unless a review concludes otherwise.

6. Methods

Available methods, such as bank transfer, mobile wallet, gift card or partner reward, are enabled by the platform team and vary by region.
