Terms of Service
These draft terms describe the relationship between Qestivo and the people who use it.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating a Qestivo account you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the policies linked from them.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not create an account or use the platform.
2. What Qestivo is
Qestivo is a gamified task and rewards platform. Users complete quests published by the platform team and receive Qestivo Points (QP), experience points (XP), badges and, where eligible, redeemable rewards.
Qestivo is not an exchange, investment product, trading platform or income guarantee. No level of earnings is promised or implied.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials confidential and use only one account.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Quest participation
Each quest states its instructions, reward, XP, time estimate and verification method before you start.
Submissions may be verified automatically, by a partner system, by quiz validation or by manual review. Rejected submissions include a reason, and no existing balance is deducted as a penalty for a rejection.
5. Points, rewards and balances
QP and reward balances are internal platform records, not currency, securities or deposits, and they carry no interest.
Every balance change is recorded in your wallet ledger. Adjustments made by the platform team are logged and visible to you.
6. Prohibited behaviour
You may not create multiple accounts, use automation or scripts, submit falsified proof, farm referrals, or attempt to interfere with verification or security systems.
Breaches may result in reduced access, withheld rewards pending review, suspension or closure of your account.
7. Reviews, suspension and appeals
Accounts flagged by the risk engine are reviewed by a person before rewards are withheld or removed. You will be informed of the outcome and may appeal through support.
8. Changes
Quest availability, reward values, level thresholds, streak settings and withdrawal requirements are configurable and may change. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the platform.
