Reward Policy
How rewards are earned, calculated, adjusted and recorded, and what happens when something goes wrong.
1. Earning rewards
Rewards are earned by completing quests, maintaining streaks, reaching referral milestones and taking part in active campaigns.
The QP and XP attached to a quest are shown before you start it. If a quest is updated, the values in force when you accepted it apply to your attempt.
2. Verification
A reward is credited only after the quest is verified. Until then it appears as a pending reward.
Rejected submissions state a reason. Rejection does not reduce a balance you have already earned.
3. Repeatability and limits
Quests may be single-use, daily or repeatable, and may carry a maximum number of completions per user or in total. Attempting to claim a non-repeatable quest again will be blocked.
4. Adjustments and reversals
Corrections, reversals and administrative adjustments are always written to your ledger with a description, so you can see what changed and why. Balances are never edited silently.
5. No guaranteed earnings
Reward values, quest availability and campaign budgets change over time. Qestivo does not promise any particular level of earnings and is not an investment or income product.
6. Abuse
Rewards obtained through falsified proof, automation, duplicate accounts or referral farming may be withheld or reversed after review, and the account may be restricted.
