1. Data we collect

Account data: full name, username, email address, password hash and verification status.

Activity data: quests started and submitted, proof you upload, XP, QP, streaks, badges, referral relationships and wallet ledger entries.

Technical and security data: device and browser information, IP address, session records and risk signals used to detect duplicate accounts and automated behaviour.

2. Why we use it

To operate your account, verify quest submissions, calculate rewards, maintain an auditable ledger, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Passwords and security

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, never in plain text. Access to administrative tools is role-based and sensitive actions are recorded in audit logs.

4. Sharing

Data may be shared with service providers that host the platform, send transactional email or process payouts, strictly as needed to deliver the service, and with authorities where legally required.

5. Retention

Account and ledger records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution and fraud prevention afterwards.

6. Your rights

Subject to local law you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account, or a copy of your records. Requests go through support.

You can control the visibility of your public profile in your privacy settings.

7. Children

Qestivo is not intended for people below the minimum age set in the final terms. Accounts found to belong to under-age users will be closed.
